Operation:

1. Download APP – Tips 1: Scan QR code. Tips 2: Search “icsee” in the App Store or Search “icsee pro” in Google Play and download.

2. Power on – Install TF card first, then connect the camera to the power outlet.

3. Camera configuration – Wireless network configuration and Wired network configuration are optional. Follow the User’s Guide to install the IP camera easily.

SD Card Slot and Retset Button

All videos can be playback directly via the app after you insert a micro sd card or use the cloud storage(Both not included).
Please use the pin to press and hold the Reset button for 5s to reset the camera

Reset camera through ICSEE app :

Open the camera Settings interface, in the “Settings” “general-about equipment” interface,click the “restore factory Settings”.you can reset the camera to the factory default Settings(please do not cut off the power of the camera in this process).

Wi-Fi Connection:

WIFI’s name and password must be English and can not contain special characters. The camera only works with 2.4GHz wifi, NOT support 5GHz. The WIFI signal should ≥ 3 cells

Wire Connection:

Ethernet connection is more stable than Wifi connection. The signal will not affect by the distance between the camera and router.

AP hotspot connection:

Support AP hotspot connection.

No complex special characters in the wifi password.

Old recordings shall be overwritten by new ones automatically.

Delete the camera from your account and reset it successfully before you re-connect it.

Q : How should I do if I fail to connect the camera and mobile?

A : 1. Please make sure the camera and mobile are in the same router; 2. Please check the router have the DHCP function

enabled, and Connected WIFI is 2.4G (not support 5G);3. Please make sure the WIFI signal is strong enough at the camera location, higher than 3 cells is much better. 4. If there is no problem mentioned above, but still not work. Please use the pin to press and hold the Reset button for 5s to reset the camera before connecting the camera. You will hear “Restore to factory setting, pls don’t power off” at a successful reset, and wait 5-8s you will hear “System starting up” then try to connect the WIFI again.

Q : The device list is prompted the camera is offline?

A : 1. Please check whether the wifi password has been changed and the power supply is working properly. 2. Please Check the home broadband network still working 3. Restore factory settings, then repeat the step to add the device again.
