How to make the SOS Call?

You need set emergency contact in the SeTracker APP.
You can set 3 emergency contacts’s phone numbers in the SeTracker APP .
The red button on the watch is the SOS button.
When emerency happens, kids can just press and hold the red button for 3 seconds, the kids watch automatically calls the emergency contact setup within the App. When the first emergency contact is not answered, it will automatically dial the second emergency contact until the call is made.

Pedometer

Confirm your SIM card has been activated by carriers. Call functions ,caller identify display function and Data function has been activated. Please check if your watch can make and receive calls. Please check if you have turned off reject unfamiliar calls.
Swipe down from the top of the screen at the homepage to check if there is signal bar and data symbol ( ⇵ ) . If there is no signal bar, maybe you can try outside or you can call the carrier if their signal has covered your area.
If the call functions are available, You may need to set APN to access data functions. Use your mobile to text message below and send to your watch phone number. DO NOT SEND VIA SeTracker 2 . (different SIM card carriers has different codes, please choose the correct code to send in message )

How to set up the 4G GPS Tracker kids smart watch?

Confirm the 4G NANO SIM card opens the data, call and sms functions.
Turn off the watch, then correctly insert into the 4g kids watch. You can make calls.
Download the app “SeTracker” or “SeTracker2” from your phone, register– choose language and region. In US, select “North Amarica”.
Register the ID from the wristband, scan the barcode.
Login and get all features (video call/wechat etc).

Some tips to save battery power:

Turn on “Night Power Saving Mode”, but this only disconnects all network between 22:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Choose “Location Update Schedule”— “obtain location manually “,NOT update every 10mins or an hour. Click “save” to activate.
Turn on “Disable in class” or “Do not disturb” when child is in class.
Turn off “Switch settings —“Enable GPS / dial pad” if you donot need to location.
Turn off “Collect SMS from watch”,Turn on “Reject Unknown Calls” if you like.

As we have tested, when we set “Disable in class”, the clock consumes 2% per hour. Just turn off based on your need.
