Instructions for use

How to wear:

Relax your head to its maximum length;
Turn all the headband onto the mask lens;
Hold the mask with one hand and extend the chin into the mask for nursing care;
Hold the mask, make the mask close to the face, remove the hair from the mask, and then turn the headband back to the head again;
Tighten the bottom two headbands, side straps, and top strap until the seal is reached.

How to take off:

Untie the two headbands at the bottom completely, then loosen both sides of the headband, and then loosen the top of the headband;
