When the government downsizes mental institutions, Joe finds himself without anyplace to go. He switches identities with a basketball coach who wants to escape his old life, goes to a school that no one cares about, and teaches a high school team made up of boys and a girl to win by trying to lose while playing every play like a fine, choreographed ballet. Joe win hearts, wins the girl, and does it all in a compeltely new way!When you see the world the way Joe sees it, things look brighter and better. He hates competition, refuses to argue with referees, and will only show his displeasure by going on the court and turning his back to the ref. There’s a home ec teacher sewing bras for the one girl on the team, a sex starved principle who preys on the assistant coach, and a basketball coach who would rather hide out than coach for Morton High School. You’ll never look at basketball the same way again!
