Can this be kept outdoors? Is is waterproof?

The JP30 definitely can be used in outdoors, but for its a electronic machine, we suggest do not soak in water or water spray in heavily.

What does the Low Medium High switch do?

The Low Medium High mode is a system for battery protection. Different voltage for different modes. This system is designed for protect the car battery.

Can you have it plugged into both ac and dc at the same time?

It can plug it into AC and DC at the same time, but it would use AC in priority. For the purpose of protecting the freezer, we suggest plug into AC or DC.

Does the JP30 model come with an ac adapter?

Yes, JP30 model come with an ac adapter.
