Included Accessories
The Smith Machine Home Gym includes several accessories: pulley cable handles, shiver bar, triceps rope, v-bar, and ankle strap. Weight are not included.
Smith Machine Squats
Safely squat and press without a spotter using the included smith bar that is attached to the smith track. When your workout is complete or simply twist the smith bar forward to rack it.
Chest Station – Butterfly Press
Utilize the butterfly press arms to thoroughly workout your chest. Simply load weight plates on the pulley trolley to add resistance.
Leg Developer Workouts – Leg Extensions
Load the leg developer with weight plates to perform leg curls and leg extensions. Leg extensions target your leg muscles, and mostly target your quadriceps.
Low Pulley Workouts – Seated Rows
A foot plate located at the bottom of the unit can be used along with the low pulley for seated rows. Seated rows primarily target your back and forearm muscles.

SM-4008 features a removable utility bench to have a full range of strength exercises. The workout bench has a padded seat that is adjustable to multiple different positions
