How to use:

• Place your fingers to the holes at both ends,rotate bottom cover counterclockwise to unlock it.
• Pull outward from both ends to the required height,rotate both ends counterclockwise to make sure all the claps click into  the place properly which means it have been locked and you can use it safety.
