How to use the touch feature?

There is a tip to get the faucet work correctly by touch function.

Please gentle and swiftly touch the metal part. Do not keep holding the goose neck.
As the video shows, the faucet will be activating by touching the part of the gooseneck not include the sprayer and body.

There are some tips to deal with the problem of the unnormal touch feature.

Please take off the power wire and two signal lines for three seconds. The sensor will be reset.
And please connect the power wire and signal lines. The smart kitchen will be back to the normal mode.
When you found that the red light pulsates on and off, it’s running out of battery. Just need to change the battery.

How to use the infrared sensing?

There is a tip to get the faucet work correctly by infrared sensing.

Please put your hand to get close to the red light. When the water is coming, you can take back your hand.
As you know, the infrared sensor will be response within 0.5 second. Hence you don’t need to always keep your hand staying in the front of the red light.
The smart kitchen faucet has been designed with the autostop function behind three minutes. So please don’t worry about that it will waste too much water.

There are some tips to deal with the problem of the unnormal touch feature.

Please check out the distance whether it’s too far away. (Note: the sensing distance is 3 inches.
Please check out the battery power whether it is enough. (When the red light pulsates on and off, you need to change the battery)
If you’ve ensure other connection staying right setting, please reset the sensor by taking off the power wire and signal line around a minute.

TWO methods to prevent leaking: multi-layer electroplated coating and ceramic vavle,( Note: Hot-Cold hose are preassemble.) that can prevent leaking from the interior.
ARRISEA movation sensor system adopts unique split type design different from last generation sensor. Newest motion sensor system could be seperate to hang on so that repalce battery easily.
The newest model faucet has been designed with the more convenience the connection between supply line. You don’t need to turn the screw by the wrench.

Three tips to check the touchless faucet when you instal it.

1. Check: Please check out all of the installation parts you need, including the Metal Deck Plate and all gaskets.

2. Check: Please make sure all of the gaskets in the right place so that prevent leaking happening.

3. Check: Please make sure all of the hoses to be separated in case intertwined and disturbing the sensor.

Note:

Tightening the supply hoses and separate them to the pull-down hose in case that the sensor doesn’t work.
Wraping the metal hose, signal line and power line with the electrical tape.

A: Please make sure the rubber washer in the joint between the top fitting and the white sensor box and tighten all of the hoses.
